Terms of Service

  1. Message through Twitter or Discord (kaywhyy#3931) with request!

  2. Have photo reference(s) ready of what you're looking for with an idea of desired size, background colour, etc.

  3. Bamboo hoops range from 4 inches to 7 inches in diameter. Embroideries can also be designed to be hung in square or rectangle frames.

  4. Price will be negotiated based on size of hoop and complexity of the design

  5. If accepted, a 50% deposit through PayPal is required before beginning.

  6. Free shipping within Canada! ~$10 shipping to US.

  7. Each project typically takes about 2 weeks to complete depending on complexity. A timeline estimate will be given at the time of request along with picture updates if desired! Thank you for your patience <3
